TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ADVERTISING
When listing any vehicle with Vehicle Selling Solutions, including but not limited to: Cars, Boats, Airplanes, Recreational Vehicles and Heavy Equipment, you acknowledge you have ownership and the right to sell said vehicle and are willing to sell at your advertised price. Vehicle Selling Solutions does not collect any monies from buyer or seller whatsoever, Escrow is available through a third party. All payment arrangements must be made between parties involved and/or their designated financial institutions. Buyers are responsible for taxes and registration in their home state. Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and any travel or fuel costs associated with taking possession of the vehicle. Vehicle Selling Solutions will not be used for any fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive activity and all content and information that you provide Vehicle Selling Solutions is truthful, accurate and complete. Except as provided in Vehicle Selling Solutions current Refund Policy, you owe Vehicle Selling Solutions for the listing, even if you fail to sell your property or are dissatisfied with the service. If you placed a listing with an error, you will contact Vehicle Selling Solutions customer service within 72 hours of your original listing date to inquire about making material changes to your listing (e.g., through a typographical error, wrong model or year), and Vehicle Selling Solutions shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether such changes will be permitted. Features included with each listing package vary depending on the market and price of the ad package that you have selected. All of Vehicle Selling Solutions ad packages have an until sold duration, with the exclusion of ebay auctions and other premium websites. General Limitations: You are solely responsible for the information, content, and photos contained within your listings. Vehicle Selling Solutions’ listings only contain the features expressly indicated. In some cases, different features are available to other advertisers that are not available to you. Listings may not appear on the Vehicle Selling Solutions site for up to 72 hours, generally, the ads are posted within 48 hours. Vehicle Selling Solutions DOES NOT MAKE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE LISTING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT YOU WILL SELL YOUR PROPERTY, OBTAIN AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE FOR YOUR PROPERTY, ONLY RECEIVE LEGITIMATE INQUIRIES OR SOLICITATIONS FROM QUALIFIED BUYERS, OR RECEIVE ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR PROPERTY FOR SALE.
Placing a classified advertisement carries the inherent risk that what you are offering will not sell. Vehicle Selling Solutions cannot control buyer conduct or market conditions and makes no warranty as to when, or if, any given vehicle will sell. As such, Vehicle Selling Solutions maintains a no-refund policy. Ad content and photos are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owners. If errors in content are found upon review of the receipt, they should be immediately addressed before the start of an eBay auction. Any errors found after the first 72-hours will be corrected as soon as possible, however, no errors in content will be considered grounds for violation of the no-refund policy. Cancellations will be assessed a 30% administration fee and are only applicable if the advertisement has not been built.
